Vendor Question SOW paragraph 4 item 2. Cooling Tower Emergency Repair Service. Â Is the $3,500.00 allowance for parts/materials an annual maximum or is it $3,500.00 per quarter? The $3500.00 will be for parts and materials per quarter. The contractor is responsible for the cost associated to the service call itself to include travel and labor.
