## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) located at 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR, intends to solicit proposals from contractors in the Little Rock, Arkansas area to provide Residential Treatment Services to Homeless Veterans who are referred from the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program (HCHV) in order to reduce Veteran homelessness through the low-barrier of the Contract Residential Services (CRS) Program.

The contractor shall provide services for Veterans without homes who have a primary diagnosis of substance use or co-occurring mental health illness, along with physical disabilities and/or employment/vocational deficits. All services shall be performed off-site at the Contractor s facility.

Services are to include room and board, transportation, collaborative case management, three nutritionally meals a day, Serve Safe Certification, Two (2) Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Therapeutic, Rehabilitative, and Recovery Services.

The CAVHS intends to award a fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQ) with a five (5) year ordering period with a period of performance from 16 January 2025 through 15 January 2030. The estimated closing date for proposals will be on or about 9 January 2025. The solicitation will be available for download on Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov.

Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
