The Vendor shall provide all repairs, PM maintenance, produce clinical laboratory grade water, prepare reagents, clean instrument parts, dilution of patient samples, prepare instrument and cage cleaning solutions and provide water for tissue sample processing to ensure full functionality and capability on all equipment and installation must meet manufacturers and VA specifications the for the New Orleans Veterans Health Care System. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months beginning January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
