The change was made due to the availability and better quality of camera for the same price. Also, is it a requirement to be certified technicians to install the Vivotek cameras and Velocity software? Yes, at least one technician must be Velocity certified at the time of bid. At least one fully certified technician will be on the job site to perform the installation and remain onsite throughout the installation. If so, as long as we are certified at time of install, would that suffice, or do we need to be certified by the time the proposal is submitted?
