The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Sakura Finetek U.S.A, INC., 1750 W 214th ST, Torrance, CA 90501-2857. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
