## Description

The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced Contract for a period of one year with a Alcon Vision LLC, (large business), 6201 South FWY, Fort Worth, Texas 76134-2001. The Contractor shall provide a Service Contract for Alcon equipment. Alcon Vision LLC., is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment. The Contractor shall provide the required equipment and associated accessories to fulfill this requirement for the Alexandria VA Health Care System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71, Pineville, Louisiana 71360.
