## Description

VA is seeking to lease a maximum 5,469 rentable square feet (RSF) of existing clinical space in Mobile, Alabama. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include 30 on-site parking spaces.

**Location:** To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area:

**North:**

**Springhill Avenue from East to West Boundaries South:**

**Government Street/Hwy90 from East to West Boundaries East:**

**Mobile Street from North to South Boundaries West:** Hillcrest Road from North to south Boundaries Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain.

**Term:** 20 years; 5 years firm, as a full-service lease. Questions will be taken from November 18, 2024 through November 22, 2024, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm via email only.
