Approximately 16,000 square feet of the existing hospital space on the ground floor of the EJT will be renovated. This space is occupied by PMRS. The project is separated into two (2) separate projects. The first phase must be completed before the second phase can begin.

Demolition and construction must be completed in one ward prior to the start of work in the other ward. Work will need to be accomplished in multiple phases and will require coordination with occupied operations in spaces alongside, above, and below the project area, to modify and/or install new engineering systems.
