## Description

The VHA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to issue a single-source award to Minburn Technology Group LLC (SAMuei: WN8JFVZTBCA5) to provide the brand name LiveData PeriOp Manager software. The LiveData PeriOp Manager software program provides hospitals and surgeons with the tools to better manage, track and improve surgical performance. Six modules can be leveraged individually or collectively to integrate real-time data with workflow automation.

The brand name LiveData PeriOp Manager software is currently approved to operate on the VA’s network infrastructure (Veterans Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Surgery Package-Solution) that supply all VA defined required data elements to VistA Surgery at defined trigger points in the Surgery Scheduling and tracking process. The brand name LiveData PeriOp Manager uses proprietary software owned and manufactured by Document Storage Systems, Inc (DSS Inc).

Minburn Technology Group LLC is an authorized distributor of DSS Inc’s LiveData PeriOp Manager software and associated products.

The purpose of this action is to provide notice of intent for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Minburn Technology Group LLC, under the authority FAR 13.5, for purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source when market research indicates adequate evidence that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available, meets the agency’s needs (to include small business goals), and is in the best interest of the Government.

Additionally, Minburn Technology Group LLC is a certified SBA VetCert Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB); therefore, pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127(b), Contracting Officers may use other than full and open competition when awarding to SDVOSB and Veteran-owned Small Business (VOSB) firms for procurements. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based solely upon the responses of this notice. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement; however, determination is solely within the discretion of the Government.
