All products must meet all salient characteristics defined in this section for Contaminant Testing, Endotoxin Testing, and Microbial/Bacterial testing. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; due to the unique characteristics needed for this service AmeriWater LLC. is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, this service is typically procured through a Sole Source NAC Contract through VHA without competition under FAR 6.302-1. **REQUIRED SERVICES:** The Contractor shall provide all supplies and/or services for each type of system and/or location listed per month. All products must meet all salient characteristics defined in this section for Contaminant Testing, Endotoxin Testing, and Microbial/Bacterial testing. The contractor shall test in accordance with the most recent AAMI standards at time of testing and shall utilize a laboratory capable of testing to AAMI standards.
