The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), too Document Storage Systems, INC. Services will be performed for one (1) 6-month base period from 10/25/2024 through 4/24/2024 plus one (1) 6-month option period from 4/25/25 to 10/24/25 under NAICS 541519. The vendor shall provide all labor, maintenance, and support necessary to ensure the VISTA Chemotherapy Manage Software functions at full capacity while in use at the facility (to include operating as intended by the manufacturer). This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; due to the unique characteristics needed for this service Document Storage Systems, INC. DSS is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, this service is typically procured through a Sole Source NAC Contract through VHA without competition under FAR 6.302-1. **REQUIRED SERVICES:** The vendor shall provide all labor, maintenance, and support necessary to ensure the VISTA Chemotherapy Manage Software functions at full capacity while in use at the facility (to include operating as intended by the manufacturer). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 10/1/2024 at 8:00 AM CST, to marcus.sidney@va.gov .
