The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Chuddy Group, LLC doing business as TCGRx Inc. located at 106 Roche Dr, Durham NC 27703. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
