(2) 4DM Spect License Maintenance which covers integrated license maintenance contract for one year, fixed license configuration direct support plus version upgrades. (3) D-Spect additional Acquisition/Processing Stations service. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Spectrum Dynamics Medical Inc. located at 301 N. Cattlemen Rd. Suite 109, Sarasota, FL 34232 A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
