The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Covaris LLC, located at 14 GILL ST UNIT H WOBURN, MA 01801. The vendor shall provide the supplies being requested: one (1) 220 Focused-Ultrasonicator This action will result in a firm-fixed-price supply contract. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; due to the unique characteristics needed for this service Covaris LLC., is the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, these supplies are typically procured through a Sole Source NAC Contract through VHA without competition under FAR 6.302-1. **REQUIRED SERVICES:** The Contractor shall provide, and transport listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). All products must meet all salient characteristics defined in the SOW. Some equipment will require installation. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 09/03/2024 at 12:00 PM CST, to marcus.sidney@va.gov .
