**PORTABLE SPIROMETERS 2. Purpose:** The purpose of this RFI is to notify potential sources that The VA intends to solicit a contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The VA intends to issue a sole source contract to the SDVOSB TrillaMed LLC. If you are a SDVOSB and can provide the items listed below. Please complete the form and provide an authorized distribution memo.
