## Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm fixed price, supply contract to AT&T to Maintain existing TMEX Local Distribution Channel (Gigaman) line located at 2200 Ft Roots Dr, North Little Rock (NLR) and Point B 4300 W 7th Street, Little Rock, AR.

This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The John L. McClellan VA Hospital, Little Rock, AR has a requirement for a contractor Maintain existing TMEX Local Distribution Channel (Gigaman) line. Based on market research and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that the AT&T is the only vendor capable of providing the items to military veterans.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations, or expressions of interest. However, interested parties who disagree with this action may submit a letter of interest that demonstrates your firm s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition to include a rationale for why you should be considered. The Government reserves the right to vet/verify any documentation submitted with the OEM to certify its authenticity.

This notice will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7D20, IT and Telecom - Service Delivery Management (hardware and Perpetual License Software). The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 517810 All Other Telecommunications.
