Basic description of the requirement: The VA, NCO 16 is seeking to identify potential qualified vendors interested in a consignment agreement to provide heart valves under consignment for MEDVAMC in Houston, Texas. The base order year for this consignment agreement will be for one (1) order year, with four (4) additional, unilateral one-year orders. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than the date/time indicated below.
