This is a new requirement to purchase 5 Infinium MethylationEPIC V2.0 BeadChip Kit (96 DNA samples/kit; Illumina #20087709) and 4Infinium MethylationEPIC V2.0 BeadChip Kits (32 samples/kit; Illumina #20087708) for use with the Illumina iScan and Autoloader 2 system in the Pharmacogenomics Analysis Laboratory. Based on market research and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that the Illumina, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing the items to military veterans. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotations, or expressions of interest.
