The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, parts, equipment, software, software updates, skilled labor, transportation, and supervision required to provide preventative maintenance and repair services on an Agena Biosciences MassARRAY Analyzer 4 and Chip Prep Module 96 (CPM). Based on market research it has been determined that Agena Bioscience, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing all necessary services in accordance with original equipment manufacturer requirements. It is anticipated that any contract award for these services will include the clause at VAAR 852.212-71, Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. Therefore, the awardee shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. If responding to this announcement, please provide a copy of such documentation. This notice is being distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration's website at https://sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
