## Description

Solicitation No. 36C25624Q1013 Vendor Questions & Answers Is the furniture in the current location fully assembled or is it boxed up like a new delivery?

**Answer:** Boxed. The majority of the furniture is palletized. Is it possible to have someone come out and look at the furniture?

**Answer:** No Alternatively, can theÂ VA provide images of the stored furniture?Â Answer: See image below. Does the current storage location have a loading dock?Â Answer: Yes Are items at the currentÂ location stored on pallets?

**Answer:** The majority of the furniture is palletized. Can we bring a forklift to the current storage location?

**Answer:** Yes Alternatively,Â is there one on-site that we may utilize? Yes, a forklift can be utilized. The contractor shall provide all equipment?

**Answer:** No SOW 5.9 says "Vendor must move and deliver all furniture from the current storage location (807 S. Missouri Road Springdale, AR 72764) to the new storage location identified by this contract on or before July 31, 2024" but SOW 4 states that the Period of Performance is from "August 1, 2024 through September 30, 2024." Is it expected that theÂ vendor willÂ begin work on this contract prior to the start of the period of performance?Â Answer: Yes, as required to ensure furniture is stored in accordance with SOW by July 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm CT. Can you tell me what exactly the government means by "Climate controlled".

**Answer:** Climate controlled means the temperature, humidity, and airflow must be artificially regulated to meet the furniture manufacturer s storage recommendations. Typically, this is done by providing an air-conditioned space. Is Air Conditioning required or are large ventilating fans acceptable?

**Answer:** No What would be the earliest date this warehouse needs to be available?

**Answer:** Furniture will need to be relocated from the current storage facility to the new storage facility on or before July 31, 2024.
