The Vendor shall provide all necessary services for the install of the Remote Automated Laboratory Systems (RALS) software technology which connects to multiple ABG/Co-Ox Analyzers for the existing RALS server at the VAMC according to OEM. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be for one year beginning August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 06/21/2024 at 4:00 pm CST, to tiffany.conner@va.gov .
