DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

**Aesculap Trays Purpose:** The Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is requesting to purchase Aesculap Trays, for instrument sets that are currently wrapped that need to be stored in trays. The purchase of the Aesculap Trays would also provide storage for specialty instrument sets, as well as preventing possible contamination of the sets while in sterile storage.

**Scope:** The Aesculap Trays would provide a safe method of storage for large specialty instrument sets, as well as preventing contamination to instrument sets that may be accidently ripped open when loading case cats. They would also offer a safer way to reprocess the instruments and keeping the necessary set together to minimize the loss of instruments.
