## Description

The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced Contract for a period of one year with a small business, Red One Medical Devices, LLC, 513 E Oglethorpe Ave, STE, Savannah, GA 31401 The Contractor shall provide replacement Screws for the mini screw system in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). ACUMED LLC., is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment.

The Contractor shall provide the required equipment and associated accessories in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System at Warehouse BLDG 26, 400 Veterans Ave., Biloxi MS 3953. Responses are due by 03-14-2024 at 10:00 am CST. Please review all attached documents.
