## Description

**04/03/24:**

Amendment 0001 has been issued to address questions and answers to the solicitation. See the attached Solicitation Questions Answers and Changes thru Amendment 0001 for further details.

Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW to repair five (5) Reduced Pressure Zones (RPZs) and install 59 mixing valves located on the VHSO Main Campus at 1100 N. College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703. All repairs and installations shall be tested to ensure functionality is proper prior to the period of performance end date.
