## Description

**Solicitation Number:** 36C25624Q0532 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 (eff. 02/23/2024) and VAAR Update 2008-37 (eff. 07/28/2023) 3. This requirement is solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 339112 with a size standard in number of 1000 employees.

**4. Place of Performance:** Overton Brook VA Medical Center, 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101 5. Delivery Schedule: All equipment shall be delivered by 30 days from the date of award. 6. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Douglas Collins (Contract Specialist) at douglas.collins@va.gov no later than 10:00am. Central Standard Time on 03/05/2024.

Quotes are due no later than 03/08/2024 at 10:00am Central Standard Time and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to Douglas Collins at douglas.collins@va.gov The following provisions apply to this acquisition: The provision at 52.212-1 Introduction to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 ADDENDUM, EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) apply to this acquisition.
