Based on market research, it has been determined that the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) were acquired by Advarra and are the only servicer with the qualifications and capability to perform the required services due to the proprietary nature of the system. Advarra has a partnership with Minburn Technology Group as the sole SEPW distributor of the Bio-Optronics for the VA-MC, Little Rock, AR: John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital.
