## Description

**Description:** VA seeks sources to lease approximately 11,875 to 12,469 ABOA Square Feet, no more than 16,833 RSF (rentable square feet) of space and 75 on-site parking spaces for use by VA as a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within the delineated area explained below.

**Lease Term:** Twenty (20) years, Ten (10) firm.

**Delineated Area:** To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below:

**Northern Boundary:**

**City Limits of Bella Vista Eastern Boundary:**

**City Limits of Bella Vista Southern Boundary:**

**City Limits of Bella Vista Western Boundary:**

**Highway 279 Note:** Properties on both sides of the Western Boundary can be included. The Northern, Eastern and Southern boundaries must have properties within the boundaries.
