## Description

The National Contracting Office No. 16 intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced Contract for a period of two weeks with a service-disabled veteran owned small business Four Points Technology, L.L.C., 14900 Conference Center Dr. Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151. The Contractor shall provide three Brand Name E14C4t (9018) Transducers in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). BBK Medical Holding Company, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of the required equipment.

The Contractor shall provide the required equipment in accordance with the Draft SOW to fulfill this requirement for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center at 10 E. Stoner Ave., Shreveport, LA 71101. Responses are due by 02-02-2023 at 10:00 am CST. Please review all attached documents.
