This contract is to provide a complete viable sampling on at least 25 employees twice a year. This is for the Alexandria VA Medical Center Pharmacy 2495 Shreveport HWY, Pineville, LA 71360. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. The period of performance shall be for Base year of twelve (12) months beginning June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025 and four (4) option years that are 12 (twelve) months in length (for each option year). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 01/22/2024 at 3:00 PM CST, to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to number 36C25624Q0383, Notice of Intent Aseptic Enclosures in the subject line.
