The Vendor shall provide all components to make fully compatible with current system and functional by installing upgrade readers with keypad, FICAM controller upgrade, global service VEL Data Base upgrade, and retrofit kits. This is required to ensure full functionality and capability on said equipment the for the Overton Brooks VAMC. This action will result in a one-time firm-fixed-price service contract. Avallone Architectural Specialties L.L.C. is the only authorized dealer that are qualified and are the service provider for the to provide this upgrade to the existing access-controlled system on all equipment the for the Overton Brooks VAMC. This is proprietary, to OEM Manufacturer of the IDENTIV Hirsch Velocity 3N PACS, and other intellectual property rights. Avallone Architectural Specialties L.L.C. maintains partnership with OEM and have certain proprietary service technologies rights relating to the equipment.
