DeBakey VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can classify, package, transport, and destroy hazardous materials according to local, state, and EPA regulations and laws at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and eleven (11) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). The government intends to award a single contract to purchase the services listed. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 562112 with a small business size standard of $47.0 million, and Product Service Code of S222. Your response must address capabilities specific to requirements listed in the attached SOW. Generic capability statements will not be accepted or reviewed.
