**1/10/2024 Update:** No award will be made for this RFQ and it is canceled. Please see the attached Amendment 0006. 12/6/2023 Update: A revised PWS is added by Amendment 0005. The previous PWS is deleted.

**12/5/2023 Update:**

Amendment 0004 and all other amendments, plus the original solcitation, are posted.

Amendment 0004 extends the closing date and time and answers question that arose during the site visit on 12/1/2023. See the attached documents for specifics of the changes. Water treatment and boiler maintenance at Houston VAMC. This is a total set-aside for SDVOSB. Offers should ensure they sign and return a copy of the RFQ to include the Limitations on Subcontracting section. If a site visit is desired, submit a request as soon as possible so it can be scheduled.
