## Description

Biosense Webster CARTO® 3 and SMARTABLATE® System Maintenance SCOPE: This Purchase Order shall be for a one (1) base year. The Biosense Webster System Maintenance Agreement Purchase Order shall provide preventive maintenance service on the CARTO® 3 and SMARTABLATE® systems (the “Covered Equipment”) at HARRY S TRUMAN MEMORIAL VA HOSPITAL. Additionally, it provides corrective maintenance on the system if it shall be malfunctioning or inoperable at a mutually agreeable time and loaner equipment, when deemed necessary by the Contractor. Training materials shall be provided for base software upgrades that affect user operation of the base software. Equipment to be covered by this agreement:
