## Description

Amended to extend proposal due by date to August 5, 2025, 5:00pm CDT. Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Services Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS). To provide HCHV/CERS Services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is one (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods.
