This will include the proper containment, removal, cleaning, and reconstruction of walls, bases, painting, and ceilings as required to remediate and rebuild approximately 3 affected areas throughout the BioMed area is currently estimated to be $30,950.86. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: The main driver for one source is due to the emergency nature of the issue. We must have contractors on site immediately to start this work. This is due to the seriousness of patient and employee safety in preventing sickness caused by the presence of mold. The vendor we have chosen has completed work here recently along the same lines with mold remediation. They can do the work, and are local.
