The MyAvatar software is designed to serve the clinical needs of methadone providers offering a comprehensive approach to substance abuse management. The St. Louis VA Healthcare System Pharmacy Department is requesting to establish a service contract with a base and four ordering periods for the MyAvatar Software. The Contractor shall supply all labor, travel, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and all incidentals required to complete on-site full service planned maintenance support of the MyAvatar Software, in accordance with Manufacturer’s recommendations, design specifications, and the specifications, terms, and conditions of the contract. Netsmart Technologies, Inc. is the sole authorized provider of licensing, maintenance, project management and implementation for the support and deployment of Avatar™ software integration solutions and associated Netsmart software modules.
