Scope:** The Eastern Kansas Health Care System is looking to acquire service, maintenance, and web portal access for ChargePoint data and charging of Government Electric Vehicles using the BEAM EVARC units currently installed. The ChargePoint units serial numbers include: 223541076357 (BEAM UNIT # 667), 230741032227 (BEAM UNIT # 668), 3) 224341101726 (BEAM UNIT # 669). A base plus four (4) option years of ChargePoint Assure for three (3) CT4000 stations to include Parts and Labor Warranty, Remote Technical Support, On-Site Repairs when needed, Unlimited Configuration Changes, and Reporting. Response time from initial notification for repairs/service is a minimum of two (2) business days to restore or provide a solution (repair parts on order) to restore to full system utilization.
