INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source service contract to Landauer, Inc. The NAICS code is 541380 with a Product and Service Code of H158. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 AM CST, November 22, 2025, to paul.dixon@va.gov.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
