The single contract award is to provide capabilities for simplified non-complex, general construction services shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to locate and make proper repairs to the boiler 2 tube leaks in building 40. The resulting construction contract Contractor shall provide all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, incidentals, and equipment to either pad weld the leaking tube, or we will cut out and install a new piece of tube stock in the location of the leak. All ASME code documentation will be submitted and signed off by our AI and then copies will be given to the Hospital for their records. Scaffold materials will be supplied by the VA and erected and dismantled by Contractor. All work will be done at T&M due to the nature of the job and unforeseen things.
