## Description

This project is to Repair AC7 Duct Work for the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The contractor shall remove and replace all leaking and/or rusted components of AC7 supply and return duct work located in mechanical room GD-038, above the ceiling in mechanical room GD-039, and above the ceiling in mechanical room GD-041. The work on the supply duct must be conducted on a weekend in order to limit effects to patient care.

Upon replacement of known leaking and/or rusted components to include the supply and return duct work of AC7, the contractor will then conduct thorough analysis of the newly installed system to ensure there are no remaining leaking or rusted components. Contractor shall review any as-built drawings, specifications, and field verifications in conjunction with the performance of this project. Contractor will submit field drawings and materials as required by the specifications for the project.
