Basic description of requirement: The Kansas City VA Medical Center requests a custom-built information desk for the main entrance of their Honor Annex. The design was created with user input to optimize the function of the space and adhere to all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) codes. This acquisition will include one 7’ x 7’ information desk and two cabinets, including delivery and installation. Specifications and submittal requirements are found in the Statement of Work in this solicitation. All submissions will be reviewed by the Kansas City VAMC Interior Design team. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Solicitation Documents: Dissemination of the solicitation is limited to electronic medium.
