**Statement of Requirement Description:** The Collinear Reduction Clamp Set assists in achieving and maintain reduction in minimally invasive techniques. The sliding mechanism accepts four different attachment arms. This allows the surgeon to create and optimal reduction tool according to the clinical needs of the patient with long bone fractures Indications for Use The Collinear Reduction Camp is used for long bone, articular and pelvic fractures types.

The Collinear Reduction Clamp set has the following included with this set. 1 Sliding Mechanism 1 Hohmann-Style Arm 183 mm 1 Pelvic Arm 225 mm 1 Percutaneous Arm 255 mm 1 Spiked Disk 1 2.9mm Cleaning Brush 1 Graphic Case for Collinear Red Clamp 1 Bone Hook-Shaped Arm 206 mm 1 LCP Reduction Attachment 1 Reduction Attachment Required Disposable Supplies. Not applicable.

RMD Preparation for Intraoperative Use Selection of appropriate arm Position clamp and arm over fractured bone for reduction Squeeze the trigger to advance the feed rod and reduce the bone fragments. Clamp can be closed in very fin increments. Spike disc can be used to help distribute compression force. Clinical Education Synthes will provide clinical education for Surgery personnel and for Sterile Processing personnel prior to use
