## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced, Indefinite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery Contract (IDIQ) contract with Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Home Care Equipment, Inc. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire Home Sleep Apnea Testing for Veteran beneficiaries of the St. Louis VA Health Care System. A contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR 16.5 in conjunction with FAR 13 procedures.

The prices offered for this procurement have been determined to be fair and reasonable after a comparison of both the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) and historical pricing. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621610 Home Health Care Services and the size standard is $19 million. This notice is not a request for quotes.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government and supporting Contracting Officer.
