The period of performance for contract award will be from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 with four (4) option years. This requirement is provide long term skilled nursing facility care to qualified Veterans in the Chaffee, MO catchment area in support of the Pershing VA Medical Center Community Nursing Home (CNH) program. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
