Trusler Intent to Sole Source DESCRIPTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office Central (RPOC), Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) intends to award a sole source contract award to Integrity Health Care of Marion, 1301 E DeYoung St, Marion, IL 62959-3846. The period of performance for contract award will be from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 with four (4) option years. This requirement is provide long term skilled nursing facility care to qualified Veterans in the Marion, IL catchment area in support of the Marion VA Medical Center (VAMC) Community Nursing Home (CNH) program. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time.
