## Description

STATEMENT OF WORK The Neurology Department at the Kansas City VAMC is requesting the procurement of a new Zeto EEG machine. This procurement is necessary for immediate treatment of EEG in the current hospital population. Special purpose funding was provided for this purchase. The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required.

**Product Requirements:** Zeto EEG is an amplifier headset that will provide instant monitoring of patients and will provide easy clean up. Zeto will provide a full 10-20 montage EEC and real time video for EEG/ECG.

Wireless EEG amplifier headset features: • 19 channel EEG, plus GND, REF (linked mastoid/ears) • 500 Hz Sampling rate • ECG/ExG integration • 24bit ADC • 3-axis accelerometer • Wi-Fi data transfer • Photic stimulation sensor Disposable Soft-tip electrodes Zeto Cloud platform: • Live remote viewing of video EEG • HIPAA compliant cloud platform • Access from any internet enabled device • Multi-site, multi-user integration • Seamless data management and archiving • Import 3rd party EEG files • 4 live camera feeds (integrated, USB, or IP) • Integrated report tool The Zeto EEG includes:
