## Description

This acquisition is to ensure the continuous reliability of the MRS7 system and ancillary equipment identified in the statement of work. The equipment is critical for reporting mammography results during operations at the VA Medical Center and the reliable and accurate operation of the equipment at all times is considered critical to the health of patients.

This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
