Page 3 of 3 Page 3 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has a requirement to provide Pylarify F-18 PSMA to the PET/CT department at the Topeka VAMC, 2200 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka KS 66622 and intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc.to supply the radiopharmaceutical material. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6; Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification by email to the Contracting Specialist by 12:00 PM (CST) December 1, 2023. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.

Information must be emailed to the Contracting Specialist, Arlie Lindsey; Arlie.lindsey@va.gov. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

If no responses are received, NCO 15 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. All work to be closely coordinated with the VA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer s Representative (COR).
