## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competition to Zeus Scientific LLC 200 Evans Way Branchburg, NJ 08876 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements KCVA currently uses Dynex Agility Analyzers that work solely with the reagent kits supplied by Zeus Scientific LLC. The KCVA requires the following:
