Most of the existing gates need to be closed manually and do not have mechanical drives for closure.\n\nThe primary objectives of this contract are to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to:\n1) Task 1: Install upgraded and code compliant power and communications infrastructure to support security systems and gate operations for Building 205 and Gates 2, 3, and 4 and replace any non-compliant perimeter fencing along 5th Avenue.\n2) Task 2: Modernize and secure campus primary entrance (Gate 1), by implementing power, communications, security, fence, and gate control improvements at Gate 1 in the northeast sector and replace any non-compliant perimeter fencing surrounding Gate 1.\n3) Task 3: Remove and permanently close Gate 13 and replace all non-compliant perimeter fencing along the Roosevelt Road fence line\n4) Task 4, enhance northwest perimeter security by upgrading Gates 11 and 12, integrating required systems, and replacing non-compliant fencing along southbound 9th Avenue to Gate 10.\n5) Task 5, strengthen the west perimeter by improving fencing and modernizing Gate 10 to support controlled access, and replace non-compliant fencing from Gate 10 to the southern boundary.\n6) Task 6, upgrade Gate 7 to improve access control and security along the central southeastern perimeter and replace non-compliant fencing to the north and east of Gate 7.\n7) Task 7, improve perimeter security near Building 37 by upgrading Gate 14 and associated communications infrastructure, and replace non-compliant fencing to the north and east of the building.\n8) Task 8, enhance the southeastern perimeter by renovating Gates 8 and 9 and integrating required electrical, communications, and security upgrades, and replace non-compliant fencing along 1st Avenue.\n9) Task 9, reconstruct the southern perimeter fence line to meet VA security standards and replace all non-compliant fencing.\n\n\nPART 3 - Interested sources shall submit the following: \n\nCompany name, address, point of contact, phone number, SAM OID number, and business status.\n\nIndicate the primary nature of your business, any teaming agreements or arrangements, self- performance, and intentions of subcontracting program, including set-asides.\n\nDocumentation relating to capability of performance.
